How to delete your account in the app
- Open Akadem1k and sign in.
- Profile → "Data & account" → "Delete account".
- Confirm deletion. It is irreversible.
Before deleting, you can export all your data as a single file there ("Export data").
What is deleted
- Account and profile.
- All journal entries, observations, state check-ins, Pyramid answers, homework and photos.
- Review history and AI conversation history.
- A subscription paid by card is cancelled automatically. Deleting the account does not cancel App Store or Telegram subscriptions: cancel them in your Apple ID settings or in Telegram.
Data is removed immediately and cascadingly; copies in infrastructure backups disappear within 30 days at most. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
No access to the app?
Write from the email linked to your account to office@eqhekademia.ee - we will delete the account manually and confirm by email.
